Lisa Krous
General Manager - 25 years of Service
Lisa is the General Manager of the Yakima Convention and Event Center, where she oversees operations, and is responsible for maintaining the building. As a Yakima native, a 2008 graduate of Leadership Yakima, a Rotarian and a Past President of the Wellness House Board of Directors, Lisa is very involved within the community. She is also a longtime avid Mariners fan!

Convention Center Senior Account Executive - 8 years of Service
Kelly is the Senior Account Executive who is responsible for the scheduling of conventions, conferences, and events at the Yakima Convention and Event Center. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is a member of WSAE and is a proud mother of 3 veterans. She is also a 12th man and cheers for the Seattle Seahawks.

Convention Center Sales Manager
Angela is the newest Sales Manager at the Yakima Convention & Event Center and is responsible for the scheduling of, meetings and events at the center. She graduated from YVCC with honors and received her AAS in Network Administration. After graduating, she was hired with Technology Services at YVCC as the WEB/Instructional Support Specialist. While there, she worked with the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges and Columbia Basin College to bring distance learning onboard. On her own time, she loves camping, hiking, and is always exploring new places.

Director of Operations - 15 years of Service
As the Director of Operations for the Yakima Convention & Event Center, Sam keeps everything running behind the scenes. From managing facility maintenance and ordering essential supplies to guiding his staff on custom client room setups, his hands-on approach keeps the center in top shape. A proud alumnus of Perry Technical Institute, where he earned his degree in Information Technology & Communication Systems. Sam brings a technical edge to his leadership. When he's not busy managing the facility, you can find him cheering on his favorite team, the Seattle Seahawks.
